The love of food came early, the passion for Yoga later, now it is hard to imagine a life lived without either. YogaChef is the culmination of years of training with some of the great chefs and yoga teachers in the United States and Europe.

Born into a family of beverage and restaurant owners, David’s grandparents owned the famous Bay Road Package Store and The Captain’s Table in Rehobeth Beach, Delaware. As a young lad, David worked at Holsten’s Brookdale Confectioner as a soda jerk mastering the art of the egg cream, homemade ice cream and a good ol’ burger at an early age. An institution in New Jersey, Holstens would later go on to renown as the location for the very last scene in The Sopranos.
A graduate of the prestigious Kitchen Academy, David was privileged to work under James Bead award winning Chef Michel Richard, Chef Remi Lauvand and Chef Amanda Osborne at Citrus at Social in Hollywood. While enjoying the ritual abuse that goes with working at five-star kitchens, David conceived and launched YogaChef.

David Lynch (DLY - David Lynch Yoga) is a beloved a YogaWorks trained Senior E-RYT 500-hour Teacher with over a decade of teaching and teacher training experience both domestically and internationally. In every class, David tries to bring the five sheaths of the body: the anatomical, the physiological, the mental, the intellectual and the spiritual into a more harmonious whole.
